i live in new york state and recently had a c-section.i now need to have a psoas hitch surgery to correct a mistake during my c-section.do i have a good case against my doctor?

What you have vaguely described are normal complications from pregnancy and c-section delivery. If you signed a permit to have the c-section, you signed an authorization stating you understood these particular complications.

So the answer to your question is.....probably not.
