(I know what I did was stupid and I am not going to deny it)

I recently pulled my 2nd DUI my first one was 5 years ago.

My question is since I cant find anyone who posted a follow up on their thread.

What are the chances of getting a restricted license. I drive for a living which of course means no driving no living. I got a lawyer and he says maybe 50/50 but we haven't gotten the results of my blood yet. We are hoping that I pop under a .08 but we don't know.

So has anyone with a 2nd DUI gotten just a restricted or (work only) license? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

yes everything was clean, all fines payed all insurance payed, all classes completed.
nothing nada left out

after my first DUI i became a home body dont do much except work and the only reason i was out that night was because i was celebrating my new job with some co workers from my old job which i just left 3 weeks ago so ive been on the job for 3 weeks now.

I keep replaying the night over and over and over in my head i cant believe this happened.....

Im so upset that im considering asking some of my past clients some of which are attorneys to maybe write some kind of letter on my behalf. even my brother in law whos a officer in the military is offering to write a letter on my behalf.

Im in a fog..

And no im not steven but I play him on TV
