IS there a limit to auto insurance financing fees in CAlif. ? The info. on usury fees does not specifiy a maximum.
The Insurance co. is charging us 21% financing interest PER MONTH. They take the premium out of our checking account.
If we paid the 6 month premium we would not have to pay that fee. Isn't that abusive and excessive? Where can I find the truth on the subject?
