CA: DMV "set-aside", court 1st Wet no-suspension, however, DMV knows I have 2 Wets

CA: DMV "set-aside", court 1st Wet no-suspension, however, DMV knows I have 2 Wets. Will DMV suspend me for the second wet or will the set-aside hold up?

note: Court couldn't find my 1st wet within 10 yrs so I got no suspension. I just blew a .07 so dmv set aside before courts wet count.

I'm told DMV has automatic computer suspensions sometimes. Will they see the two and just suspend or follow with the earlier set-aside?

Sorry nobody knows... ( sounds like a song) What the DMV will do. I would just wait for the mail from Sacramento. I do not even think Carl knows what will happen.

The best you can do on this board is hope that someone with the EXCACT situation that you had gives you the dope. ( not real dope of course ... but you know what I mean.)
