I WAS PULLED OVER AT AROUND 3:30 AM FOR NO TAIL LIGHTS. I WAS ASKED IF I HAD BEEN DRINKING, I SAID THAT I HAD ONE DRINK AFTER WORK. I WAS THEN GIVEN A BREATHALIZER TEST WHICH I PASSED WITH A .06 (UNDER THE LEAGAL LIMIT IN CA) I WAS THEN ASKED TO PREFORM A SFT, WHICH I DID. I PASSED ALL THREE TESTS ADMINISTERED. I WAS STILL CHARGED WITH DRUNK DRIVING AND MY CAR WAS TOWED AND IMPOUNDED. THIS WAS COSTLY AND UNNECESSARY SINCE I WAS NOT DRUNK NOR WAS MY CAR IN AN AREA WHERE IT WAS NECESSARY TO REMOVE IT. (IN A VACANT FIELD IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA. I GO TO COURT TOMORROW, PLEASE ADVISE ASAP. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
