I failed a breathalyzer on June 3, 2011. I had a DMV per se hearing in July 15. I was informed on July 22 of the continuation of the suspension. I called the DMV and asked when I could apply for a restricted license. They told me august 1. I filed an SR22, filed the DUI class paperwork and brought the required cash.

I went to the DMV on august 2. They had no record of the DMV per se suspension and reissued my drivers license with no restrictions.

Am I very worried that this mistake may come back and haunt me if I am pulled over. I fear that my license may come up suspended in the computer after the paperwork comes through and the DMV won't inform me.

What should I do?
