What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
I am a US Citizen and my wife recently acquired her Conditional Green Card last March 09, 2009. We lived in Sacramento, California for a year after we got married, and we just recently moved to San Francisco, California because of our job. My question is that, what form does my wife need to submit to USCIS, is it AR- 11 ( Change of Address), or AR-11SR ( Aliens Change of Address Card), or does she need to submit either one at all? Thank you in advance and I hope to hear answer as soon as possible because I know they have a specific timeframe to submit it, starting from the date in which we moved.
