I have a 17 year old stepdaughter who will be 18 in June. She was held back in kindegarden so she will be 19 when and if she graduates. Two questions: (1) What is the age of majority in California, divorce papers state child support until then. (2) What if she still hasn't graduated after she's 19, do we still have to pay child support if she's in a home study program?
Thanks
Sheera

18 years of age unless she will graduate prior to her 19th b-day. Request the other parent provide proof of school enrollment.
