Minor child now 18. Attends County Access school-1 hour per week to turn in homework assignments. Access school is not considered public or private school.
Child support stops when child graduates in June, however, as it is not a public/private school.
Question: Can child support stop now because Access school is not public/private?

The child is being homeschooled so no, you have to wait until graduation. Come on, its just a couple of months away:rolleyes:
