I live in california and my husband went to a paralegal to file our divorce.Since then there have been changes in the living arrangement to our 3 kids.How do we change it?

My response:

If the Petition has already been filed with the court, you go back to the paralegal to have an Amended Petition written, and file that with the court. Simple.
