What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CALIFORNIA

Foolsgrave, the best thing you can do to help the financially distressed widow is to pay for 1-2 hours consultation with a trust attorney to help find out how she can assert her rights. This is too complicated a legal matter to be a do-it-yourself project. She is being lied to by the TRUSTEE (the correct term for a person who handles a trust is TRUSTEE, not executor or trust executor), and if the lady tells any trust attorney that monies are being withheld from her it won't be too difficult for her to find someone willing to represent her.
