My name is Marcia My mother just passed 2/8/2011. My little brother was taken away from us by his father. for 15 years his father has never been involved in his life. My little brother only lived with him for about 4 months when he was in the 2nd grade. My brother has always wanted a relationship with his father his father just never wanted anything to do with him. They lied to my brother to get him down there. They used a girl he had a crush on, they had his younger sisters call to say we love and miss you can you come stay with us. They promised him if he did not like it there he could leave any time. They painted a perfect picture in my younger brothers head. They lied about every thing my brother and his father cousin told me how they mis treat him just to receive a ssi check from my mother when she passed. he is very unhappy he is not allowed to speak or talk to anyone on my mothers side of the family. His father never lost rights as a parent is there anything we can do to get my brother back away from his father and wife?

If Dad agrees to his son living outside of the home? Yes.

If Dad does not agree? Incredibly unlikely. If Dad was unfit there may be a chance, but you have not said anything to suggest that. Even if that was the case, child services would need to be involved and there's no guarantee he'd be placed with you.
