Greetings
I don't know where to go to ask about this so if any one knows where to point me to please do, thanks.

OK
I have had a checking account with this bank for about 4 years. I have a bad habit about going into the over draft more than needed. The other day the bank restricted my account so that I cannot retrieve my info about my account for the phone any more. When I went to the bank to find out why the reason was. They told me excessive overdrafts was the reason. I can under stand if them stopping the overdraft but, not my access to account info.

I do no why the should restrict my account info. the said my account need to be current before I can retrieve info again. My work check get direct deposited and my account should be current
know I don't know because a can't access my info.

If any one know what or if any thing I can do pleas let me know.
Thank All

Open a account with a different bank. It seems to me that even though you have been dealing with this bank for 4 years they are not the type of bank that is willing to work with you. It's your money and from what I've gathered from your post what they're doing doesn't make any sence. I would take my business somewere else!
