can a buyer be on the property after purchasing before the 30 days is up?

Hi I was curious about something. My husband & I sold our house and closed last Thursday 10/4. We have possession of the property for 30 days free other than paying ultilites. Then we can rent by the month after the 30 days. So my question is can the buyer just come to the property & do what every the want before the 30 days are up? The buyers have been here every day since closing. Can we ask them not to come back?
