What is the name of your state? North Carolina
I purchased a boat motor online, paid thru paypal, and was waiting for shipment.
I received a notice from paypal approx. a week later stating the money was refunded.
I called the company and they said that the price listed on the site was wrong, so they cancelled the sale, sorry.
The new price on the site is almost doubled.
Do I have any recourse or can I enforce the original sale? I sold my old motor in anticipation of the new one arriving, now I feel im at their mercy.

In addition, read up on the effect that a "scrivener's error" might have on your sale.
