hi there. I was convicted of a felony unlawful possession of a controled substance (Meth) back in 1995. I received 2 yrs probation, did around 6mths,went to drug trtmnt, and was released early. My question to you is, if i want to travel, can i get a passport or leave the country? also,is there anyway to get my record expunged? I"m from wasington state- thank you
