A credit card company cannot take away your home.
Do not sign anything over to them. You should seek out an attorney ASAP.
Your credit card company can get a default judgment against you, then they can levy your bank account and garnish your wages. They can also get a court ordered lien put on your property. However they cannot force you from your home. Good luck.
