What is the name of your state? Minnesota

I bought a Quiznos Sub Franchise in October 2001.

In December 2003, they found three sub contractors to bid on building out a store. They told me to accept the least expensive bid sign the contract and pay the contractor the initial 33% deposit ($38,000). The contractor then dissapears. Quiznos comes to town and arranges for the sub contractors to complete the work. I have no contract with anyone accept the original general contractor.

The project completed 30% at a higher amount than the original bid. The GC walked away with $38,000.00

I now have bills of $140,000 and I only have $60,000 to pay the bills.

Can I sue Quiznos ?

Your post is missing about 100% of the essentials needed to answer your question.
I suggest you consider spending the $100 - $200 and talk with a local attorney who can review ALL the facts and advise you of your options.
