What is the name of your state?Indiana

Can a Judge order my wife to turn over documents to her ex husband with containing my personal information and threaten her with jail time if she did not comply? The documents in question are dependent military IDs for their 2 girls, which are my responsibility not my wife’s.

Yes, but give us more facts. There is a child support problem here, right? If, as you say, the documents include info on her ex-husband's children, then they may be relevant to the case and your wife has to comply with the court order.

You may also want to ask your wife's lawyer if there is any way that information concerning only you be blacked out in the documents filed with the court. The other lawyer and the judge may need to see those documents but then the court may allow you to file the censored version. Make sure the court tells the other lawyer he is not allowed to give YOUR information to his client.

The ID's provide medical benefits, which I provide and are my responsibility, not my wife's. Her divorce decree states she is to provide insurance if available through her employer, it’s not. Only I can provide these ID's or the application to attain them. It just seams most of the time it seams the Judge is bias in favor of her ex.

So do the kids have the dependent military IDs? If yes, then you have no basis to not allow the ex to have copies.
