What is the name of your state? MS.

Of the 6 persons named in a deed of trust only one of those persons is still alive. Would it be appropriate, or possible, for that person to petition the court to be named Executor of that deed for the purpose of selling that property and disbursing proceeds in a manner consistent with State law?

Thanks
