I just have a quick question and want to know if anyone can help me. I'm on ACOD for Unlawful Possesion of Marijuana and last night i got a summons for being in a park at night when the sign said "park closed at dusk". If I just send my guilty plea in the mail, will they just make me pay a fine or will my other charges get brought back up? Does anyone know? Thanks
