TAKE YOUR SON WHERE?

.. i've never left my baby and my mom refuses to show me the letter
Letters, notarized or not doesn't mean anything. I don't have any idea what you are getting at with this ambiguous post.

Custody was never given to your mother, correct?

Has your son been living with your mother for the past 10 years?

If he has, where have you been living?

If you have not been living with your son at mother's house, how often do you see your son?

Your post is very confusing, especially the part where you say that you've never left your "baby", who by the way is no longer a baby.

I believe the poster is saying that she is not allowed to take the her son to the doctor because of an ambiguous document, albeit notarized (which means zippo) giving her mother authorization to do so.

What I cannot make heads or tails of is who is refusing to allow her to take her child to the doctor and why she is paying any attention to that person.

This thread needs much more info from the OP -

To *me* it sounds like the OP signed a POA and doesn't understand that a POA can be revoked at ANY time. I'm just guessing here though... :(
