Can anyone tell me what all this mess means?

I live in Las Vegas, Nevada....
I did not even know about this case or anything... but I was searching a friends case history for them and decided to look mine up as well and found a case I did not even know about... the details are these:

what does this mean?? am i in trouble? do i need to pay off what i owe them asap? help!

It appears somebody filed suit against you seeking $4606. It appears you were not served with the complaint and the case was dismissed. Since it was dismissed without prejudice, it can be refiled

I don’t know what the transfer suggests.

Are you aware of some reason you may owe somebody $4606?

I suggest you go to the courthouse and get copies of the case file. That way you'll know what happened and be able to prepare for it when they try again.

The acronym "JCRCP" stands for Nevada's "Justice Court Rules of Procedure".

The wording in the docket "JCRCP 41 (e)" refers to the dismissal of an action for want of prosecution which can be initiated on the motion of either party or on the court's own motion.

What is missing in the docket is the mention of an Order of Dismissal which may account for why the case was twice reassigned - a policy at years end of spreading the case workload among the various court departments.

Perhaps you can explain why the docket should make mention of subparagraph (e) of Rule 4 (Process) that governs the methods of service when the person to be served resides outside of the state.
