I go to small claims court on december 20th.

I have received a letter from the other party,

that says "YOU WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH ANYOF THIS

I WILL SOMEHOW PROVE THAT YOU DAMAGED ME, IF I DO NOT WIN

IN COURT,YOU WILL PAY WITH YOUR LIFE, YOU CAN BET ON THAT"

I contacted the police , but they said there was nothing they could do.

They told me to get a restraing order, but when i went to get one

I was told that since there is a lawsuit in motion I could not obtain

one. Would telling the judge about this make any difference, or only

make things worse?

trying to change suit

Ok, I received a letter today from the man that is sueing me.
It was a letter he filed with the court, asking the judge to let him
change from small claims court to civil court, and to change the amount, up 10,000 , Can the judge change the courts even though we have not
been to small claims court yet?

It seems that this guy is fileing everything he can think of and the
judge has denied everything he has filed so far, does that mean the judge thinks the case is not a big deal? And why would he denie all this mans paper work?
