The back due child support has been sent for collection to at least 3 different places. The names of the collectors are: RSI Enterprises, Support Kids, and Credit Control Management (or something similar to that). Can a person file Chapter 7 on it?

From what I understand, since support has been signed over to a third party collection agency, it is possible to discharge it in bankruptcy. However, please wait for confirmation from someone else on the board.
