Can a CP make his own schedule of visitation and use the term "non-negotiable" in it? Our original docs indicate "shared parental responsibility" with "liberal" visitation. Then, 2 years ago, my ex started sending me - at first - emails indicating these "non-negotiable" changes to visitation.
He switched from every weekend and very easy going holiday arrangements to every other weekend with limited holiday visitation. Now my ex has gotten down to times I'm "allowed" to pick up our child, not in emails but with certified letters, with every other weekend and only 3 holidays (which the ex considers to be major holidays)
What can I do as the NCP to fight this - if anything? Is this legal?
