I am a father of twins.My ex-wife has kept me from her whereabouts for 5 yrs now.I have a court order allowing me visitation.What can I do?I recentlly found my daughters over the internet and they told me they couldn't tell me where they lived because thier mom doesn't want me to know.She lives somewhere in louisiana and I live in N.H.

ok here is what i would do, first if you talk to you daughters again ask them if they would like to see you again, if they say yes then ask them for at least the town they live in and promise them you wont write or call this way you can call information for the address and phone number. then file a rule to show cause against your ex-wife regaurding visitation, then she will be ordered to show up for the hearing and if she doesnt then she will be found in contempt of court. another thing i just thought of is if you are paying support then she is obviously recieving it right? then the courts should have her address on file and you can get a copy of your file, its public record and you have a right to that information. if you can do it an attorney would be your best route in obtaining all the information and getting the legal proceedings started. good luck
