What is the name of your state? My state: VA, offender in what I'm going to describe: TX.

Short version, person made an action that constitutes libel under Texas law, and I can prove it to be untrue.

Can I sue for damages in small claims court under Texas law? I know several states do not allow libel suits in small claims court, but cannot find anything about Texas being among them.

If anybody wants the details, I have about 4 pages typed that describes the situation and evidence I will use.
