What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WI

Can you offer more or less paid time off for different salary rates?
i.e. can $0-$24,999 salary receive 10 days PTO and $25,000 + receive 15 days PTO?
Or do PTO benefits have to be the same across the board? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Paid leave accrual is entirely at the discretion of the employer unless a contract says otherwise. So yes it's legal.

I'm not quite sure where this belief comes from, that all benefits have to be exactly the same across the board, but it is not true, has never been true, and very likely will always continue to not be true.
