Has anyone ever successfully intercepted someone's federal tax refund using a garnishment?
If so, would you mind telling me the procedure, or at least tell me where to learn about how to do it?

Thanks.

It is my understanding that federal tax returns can be garnished only for child support and for student loans.

Do either of these apply to you?
