Can GC be revoked?!

What is the name of your state? CA

I was laid off 3 weeks after I got my Green Card. Does this jeopardize my GC at all? Also, my previous employer did illegal hiring of H4 visa holders - if that ever comes to light - will my GC be afected at all since it came due to my employment with an emloyer who hired H4 visa holders which is illegal. Kindly advise
