I know I said I wasn't coming back to this site but forget the past. I was just wondering my babies daddy was charged with statutory rape and child molsetion when he was 15 and I was 13 because I got pregnant. I was wondering when he gets out in December if we get back together for my baby and my parents approve can he be charged again?

When he gets out he is wanting to put his name on the birth certificate since he was in a group home when he was born. Can he get his name put on it and can he give our child his last name if I want him to? How would I do this?
