Hello again:)

Just found out that my ex-husband is getting re-married, can this have any effect on the amount of child support he pays for our children if the person he is marrying has three of her own children in the household? Just to clarify, they are not his children, he will be step-dad.

His taking on more mouths to feed should not impact the level of support.

His wife (and their father(s)) are the only parties legally obligated to support those kids, just as you and your child's father are the only one's responsible to support YOUR kid(s).

The only time that this may effect your child support is if he legally adopts his new wifes children and they legally become his responsiblilty and not their fathers.

If that happens, then he IS their father!

Yes, if he becomes the father to other children his CS may be affected.
