What is the name of your state? NY

A friend of mine was deported to Jamaica after being arrested...His wife has a very serious disease Lupus and is in and out of the hospital with their 2 year old son being bounced around. They filed for an appeal for him to come back...what do you think his chances for coming back are?What is the name of your state?

I suspect it's not 'what are his chances' you really want to know, but 'how long'?

You don't give enough info to say 'if', but I can tell you that none of it will be quick, or cheap.
