My divorce has been final now for almost 3 months. He continues to contact me even though I've asked him to stop. He wants everything back he ever gave me, IE: rings, tv, cameras, computer, etc. Can he get any of this stuff after the fact? I thought once the judge signed the papers, it was over.

What does the decree say in regards to property?

It said everything had been divided. THe last thing the judge asked us was, " Was all property spoken for and divided." THe response from both of us was YES.
We had everything seperate.....things were in his name, things were in mine. Nothing was joint whatsoever.

Whatever it takes! Give the money to the phone company, it doesn't matter. Peace of mind is peace of mind!
