I was on the lease for 7 years then off for a year for a job outta town. Now im back as an at will tenant with a key and mailing adress. My roomate and i would like to put be back on the lease. Do i legally have a right to add myself or do i have to have LL's permission?

ALL parties to the contract (the lease) must agree to the change.
