I was wondering if one could be convicted of murder if no body is ever found. Can I be convicted if no body is ever found, but the person is missing for a certain amount of time? I live in Texas.
Supposing there are absolutely no witnesses or physical evidence, and the only reason I am a suspect is because there was a motive, could I be convicted?
