What is the name of your state? NC

I use to be the general manger of a nightclub in NC thats employees would go out and flier and sometimes come in and make calls "Off the clock" for better shifts. This was instruted by the owners and partners to be done....not by me! The exemployees are now suing the company for the hours worked. I haven't worked for this company in over a year!

My question is can I be held liable in anyway?

Triplicate post. The same people respond to all the employment law forums. It is not necessary to post the same question more than once.
