I sold I very nice SUV at a great price and in good condition. There was nothing in writing with the seller and myself about me sending him any addition parts to the vehicle. I stated to the buyer that if I could get the addition parts he was interested in I would send them. Two of the parts I have are in working order while the other two were broken. Now the buyer is asking that I pay the cost for these two remaining parts. By the way the parts do not keep the vehicle from operating and it wasn't in any form of contract that I would do this in order to make the sale. Can he sue me for the cost of these parts let alone anything else? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Sure he can.

And I would let him.

Since there is nothing about the particulars in writing, I would let him take you to court for it.
