What is the name of your state?Colorado
I was approved for $3000 worth of revolving credit financing at mdg.com .
It is an online only electronics store.
They were taking my monthly payment from my checking account, but I lost my income and the bank closed my account.
Mdg will not accept returns.
So what am I supposed to do?
Can they sue me ?
Can I go to jail?

You can be sued. Jail is not a likely outcome.
