What is the name of your state? New Hampshire. I signed an agreement with a paving company to have my driveway paved for $2200.00 I never gave them a deposit and no date was scheduled. A paver doing other work in my neighborhood said he would do the job for $1800.00 if i signed him on now.

Question is: Am I legally obligated to go with the first company even if there was no deposit money exchanged or date scheduled?
Thanks
