im a 16 year old girl who is married. im wondering if the school can still post me as truant and make me go to court for not attending school. i have tried calling the school board and the court house but people keep giving me the run around about things. could someone please be nice and anwer my question?

My daughter and I moved into an apartment with a roommate which we both signed a lease to the apartment. My roommate 3 weeks after being the apartment stole my truck and security was called to the house. I later found out that he had a party at the apartment when I was not home, that same day and been reported to the landlord for several different things. The landlord has now giving my daughter, my roommate, and I 14 days to move out. He is willing to terminate his lease and move out. I would like to have this apartment for my daughter and I, in my name only. Im in the middle of a divorce and my daughter and I have no where to go. Can I appeal the management company of the apartments I live in, to keep the apartment and have my roommated name taking off the lease?

So, she's in the middle of a divorce from her 2 week long marriage or she allowed her sixteen year old daughter to get married.

Not that my opinion counts but this gets my vote

EDIT: Okay, I'm slow at typing, but a father let his sixteen year old daughter get married, WTF is wrong with people

Hello,
My mother was never married to my father,he has
never been in my life, and does not have his last name
on my birth certificate. Didn't you just say your Dad posted that post? In that post, your dad was getting divorced from your mother.

So there is no custody
papers. My mother has decided to let me get married at
the age of sixteen but she told me to get incontact
with a lawyer to see if the age of the guy mattered.
he will be twentyfive by the time I turn sixteen. The
way my mother and I understand it, as long as the guy
and I do not have sex then he can not be caught for
Statutory Rape, but we do not know if they will let us
have a marrige license or not. I hope you can email me
back and let me know whether the fact that my father
can not consist with my mother and if the age of the
guy I want to marry is going to pervent my getting my
marriage license.
