I've been having a problem with ants in my apartment. I keep a clean apartment but if I miss a crumb or don't take trash out every few hours they are everywhere. Mgmt. has sent pest control out before but they are still there and today when I went to make a complaint I saw the book where they write down all the pest complaints in the aparment complex and 95% of the complaints where ants. Which to me seems like I will never get rid of them.
I would like to know if I have the right to break my lease if they can't get rid of the ants for good?

Probably not. I had the same problem once. Go to a farm supply store near you and buy that stuff that the little critters eat and take back to the hill. Wipes them out dead.

You live in the deep south; you are going to have bugs in your house. It comes with the territory.

Have you seen the size of the cockroaches in New Orleans? They hook them critters up to pull floats in the Mardi Gras parades!
