Agree with CRRR.

Also, when you send regular mail sent it delivery confirmation, without a signature required. That way you'll have evidence of delivery if the LL ducks CRRR.

Email, too.

Personally, I would attach a completed, but not filed, small claims complaint form to show that I wasn't bluffing about a lawsuit. But that's just me.

Hey everyone. I received a reply from my old property manager; from the letter I sent them, which is posted above.

"Thank you for the email. You made some good points.
We appreciated you as our tenants for all those years (I hadn’t realized it was 14!).
We’ve reviewed the photos in your file and will send out a check for $659 today.
Have a good weekend"

They didn't dispute anything and will be returning the remainder of my deposit. Thank you for all the good advice.
