What is the name of your state? CT I bought a 99 chevy venture in June of 2002. I had the van for 7 months now. Since December the van has been in and out of the shop for engine problems. (total of 4 times), and other problems with it that still are not fixed correctly. We've spoken to the owner and he said he would take the van back as an exchange and give my loan company new information on the other vehicle we pick out. Now the GM has said no and we have to keep the van or do a tade in and put money down. Is this van a lemon and can I do anything about this?
