My son has been hitting on his sister, (both 10). When I asked him why he does this he does not know or understands why he does it. Today my son slapped his sister but he slappeed her as a man would a women ( held her down on the bed with both hands on each side of face and then slapped her). I asked my son where did you see this at and I asked him to tell me because for him to act out in that way he had to of seen it. He said my moms boyfriends hits her and slaps her. Can I do anything about this I do not want my children around this. Please any information
thank you.............I do note want my son to grow-up a women beater.....

My response:

Now is the time to get the boy into therapy to "head this off at the pass". Then, utilizing the therapy notes and reports, have the court review those records, call the therapist in as a witness, and get your ex into court for an order of supervised visitation.
