Actually, I wasn't convicted of DUI; I was convicted of "Physical Control While Under the Influence" (ORC 4511.194). It was my first offense. Other than that, I have nothing on my record.

At any rate, can I get it expunged? I read somewhere that driving violations in Ohio can't be expunged. Is that true?

No. Motor vehicle violations under Chapter 4511 do not qualify.
