I live in Oregon. I am Australian and married a US citizen 5 months ago in the state of Pennsylvania. The day after the marriage he didn't want anything to do with me and after 2 weeks and domestic violence he threw me out. Am I able to get an anullment or do I have to divorce him. Do I have a waiting period for either. Are there any legal rights I have to anything of his as his spouse?

If you consumated the relationship, no anullment. But your rights as an immigrant here might be in jeopardy. http://www.attorneypages.com
