What is the name of your state? Texas

Not sure if this would be harassment but she brought it up.

We were are talking on chat at work. We are allowed to socialize while doing our jobs.

She was asking me how old I am and what I like to do for fun, just the general stuff, nothing sexual. She actually just moved into a city where I use to live also.

Any comments on this?

If you're asking if the above "conversation" is harrassment, then no. However what little information that you have provided isn't even a conversation.

well its a short conversation..we talk off and on......

i also asked her how she liked her work in California where she moved from. She also said what she likes to do like shopping, eat, phone etc**************..

I asked her who was your supervisor? she said the name and the days off she has.
she also asked if she wanted to swap schedules with me**************

she also asked me the month i was born.....

If you were my manager, would you take any corrective action? Is this harrassment?

No I would not. No it is not.

Since the conversations appear to be getting more personal, I would take them offline, though.

I do not consider the conversations you've quoted to be harassment and if I were your manager I would not take corrective action.

However, if your manager considers them to be inappropriate, whether or not they are harassment, it is not illegal for them to take corrective action.

I realize that you are still trying to get someone to say that you cannot be fired for having a personal relationship with a co-worker. The answers on your previous thread have not changed. You CAN be fired. Whether or not you WILL be fired is not something we can predict.

The answers are not going to change no matter how many times you ask the questions.
