What is the name of your state? Arizona
I went to a dentist for the introductory first visit, including Exam and Xrays.
I paid nothing, but my Humana health insurance paid him $154.
Now, I want to go to another dentist.
Do I have any right to get the Exam results and Xrays from the first dentist, to take to the next dentist?
Thanks.

Keep in mind that it's entirely possible (and likely) that the new dentist will want new xrays.

From working in a dental office. When you make appointment with new dentist ask them to request your dental records from the first dentist. The new dentist will have you fill out a form for request and release to have records transferred, also copies of x-rays.
